Refund policy

According to article L.l21•20 of the French Consumer Code, all consumers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from Amoses. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange.

Return conditions

• Returned items must be in perfect condition, with their original labels attached and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order.
• Items on sale or special offer cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Return process

To return an item, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact us at contact@amosesclothing.com to inform us of your return.
2. Send the package to the following address AMOSES, 27 rue Paul Dubrule, 59810 Lesquin FRANCE
3. Once we have received the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt and process the refund.
4. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
