General Conditions of Sale and Use (GCSU) before using our website. By using any part of this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you must not access the website or use any of the services offered on it.

The general terms and conditions of sale are concluded on the present website www.amosesclothing.com, administered, managed and published by the sole proprietorship AMOSES, whose registered office is located at 27 rue Paul Dubrule, 59810 Lesquin FRANCE.

Our store is hosted by “Shopify”, they provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

PURPOSE

The purpose of these conditions is to define the terms of use, ordering, payment and delivery between the www.amosesclothing.com website and the customer.

PRODUCTS

All products for sale on www.amosesclothing.com are offered while stocks last. The products available on the site are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, in the event of errors or omissions in this presentation, the Amoses sole proprietorship may not be held liable. This applies in particular to “1 of 1” products designed in collaboration with the customer.

ORDERING

The customer may select items from our catalog and place them in his/her “Shopping Cart”. By clicking on the “Payment” button, the customer finalizes the order of the products in the Shopping Cart. He/she will then be asked to provide his/her personal details (including payment details). Before finalizing an order, the customer can view and modify order details at any time. Confirmation of an order constitutes acceptance of our GCU. If the customer does not agree with these terms, it will not be possible to order products on the website.

The placing of an order constitutes a sales contract between the customer and the individual company AMOSES, subject to the availability of the products ordered.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the customer confirming receipt and details of the order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, all consumers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties, with the exception of return costs. This period is extended to the next working day if it expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with the order number.

LIABILITY

The sole proprietorship AMOSES is not responsible for any loss or damage that your purchases may suffer if such loss or damage is the result of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc., to be declared by your place of residence), if it is the unforeseeable act of a third party, or if it is your fault.

If the customer's address is incorrect, AMOSES cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

PRICES

Product prices are displayed and invoiced in euros. For orders to countries outside the European Union, the customer may be asked to pay customs duties at the time of delivery.

SECURE PAYMENT AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, and is made by credit card either via the secure system offered by the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, or via the secure system provided by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Limited.

The information transmitted is encrypted and cannot be read during transport over the network. Once payment has been initiated by the customer, the transaction is immediately debited once the information has been verified.

In accordance with article L. 132-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay by card is irrevocable.

By providing his/her bank details at the time of sale, the customer authorizes the seller to debit his/her card for the amount relating to the price indicated. The customer also confirms that he/she is the legal holder of the card to be debited and that he/she is legally entitled to use it.

We have no access to your credit card details. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption, guaranteeing both the identity of the payment organization and the confidentiality of the data.

We cannot accept payment in instalments.

The personal information provided when placing an order is kept and reserved solely for the AMOSES sole proprietorship in order to ensure the smooth running of our services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All elements of the website, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks and patents. Similarly, the trademarks, logos, designs and models appearing on the website are the exclusive property of the individual company AMOSES. Any unauthorized use of them is strictly forbidden and will be prosecuted as an infringement of copyright.
